Role Summary
Research, draft, and submit new insurance product filings for Corgi’s upcoming lines. Work side-by-side with legal, actuarial, and product leads to move a filing from idea to submission on a tight launch schedule.
Responsibilities
- Study competitor filings and state rules; extract language, rates, and form structures that fit Corgi’s goals.
- Draft underwriting guidelines, rating plans, policy forms, and supporting exhibits.
- Assemble complete SERFF packets and manage all regulator correspondence.
- Track feedback, revise documents, and maintain a clear audit trail.
- Build a repeatable playbook so later filings move faster.
Requirements
- 0–3 years in strategy, consulting, finance, policy research, or similar analytical work.
- Strong writing and synthesis skills; can turn dense regulations into clear documents.
- Solid Excel or basic scripting for data checks and rate tables.
- Fast learner willing to dig into unfamiliar domains.
- Able to work seven days a week during the first month launch sprint; standard schedule resumes after launch.
